Eldon Homes Announces Leadership Transition

A New Chapter for Wisconsin’s Hometown Homebuilder

We’re turning the page to an exciting new chapter. Eldon Homes founders Keith and Tammy Anderson are passing the torch to longtime team leaders and Stoughton residents Rob Hostrawser and Fauna Justman, effective October 1, 2025.

A Legacy of Growth and Community

What started at a kitchen table in November 2021 has grown into something remarkable. In just four short years, Eldon Homes has built 150 homes across Southern Wisconsin, generating $79 million in revenue while staying true to our roots in 10 thriving communities, including Stoughton, Evansville, Oregon, Cottage Grove, Albany, Windsor, Edgerton, Mt. Horeb, Madison, and Sun Prairie

But the numbers only tell part of our story. What truly sets us apart is our commitment to quality craftsmanship, genuine partnerships with local trades, and the kind of personal service that feels like working with neighbors. Because that’s exactly what we are.

Recognition That Reflects Our Values

The awards on our wall aren’t just achievements. They’re a reflection of what happens when you put families first:

  • People’s Choice Awards from Madison.com (2023, 2024, 2025)
  • Avid CX Benchmark Award from Avid Ratings for exceptional customer service (2025)
  • Best Emerging Homebuilder – Wisconsin from BUILD Magazine(2025)
  • Mid-Size Business of the Year from Stoughton Chamber of Commerce (2024)
  • Builder of Integrity Award from Quality Builders Warranty Corporation (2024)

Each recognition reinforces what we’ve always believed. When you build with integrity and care about your community, success comes naturally.

Investing in Our Communities

Building homes is just the beginning. Since day one, we’ve believed in giving back to the communities that have welcomed us:

  • 16 scholarships awarded at $2,000 each, investing in our local students’ futures
  • $1 million donated to upgrade Stoughton High School’s athletic fields
  • $250,000 contributed to Stoughton Hospital’s ambulatory and rehab center

These aren’t just donations. They’re investments in the places our families call home.

Moving Forward with Familiar Faces

Rob and Fauna aren’t new to the Eldon Homes family. As longtime Stoughton residents and valued team leaders, they understand what makes our company special. Under their leadership, our 22-person team will continue building quality homes while maintaining the personal touch that defines us.

Our partnerships with Bank of New Glarus and One Community Bank ensure we continue to offer competitive construction loans and mortgage programs that make homeownership accessible.

“We are excited to meet the pent-up demand that will be unleashed as interest rates decline,” Rob and Fauna shared, reflecting the optimism we all feel about what’s ahead.

A Well-Deserved Next Chapter

For Keith and Tammy, this transition opens the door to a new adventure. “We are looking forward to this next chapter of life and spending time with our nine grandchildren,” they shared. A reminder that life’s greatest rewards aren’t always measured in square footage.

Your Hometown Homebuilder, Today and Tomorrow

As we step into this new chapter, one thing remains constant: our commitment to building homes that families love while strengthening the communities we serve. Whether you’re exploring your first home or your forever home, we’re here with the same values that have guided us from the beginning – quality, value, and hometown pride.
