For more than 100 years, the founding Anderson family has proudly called Stoughton, Wisconsin, home. That deep connection to the community was the foundation for Eldon Homes and it continues to shape who we are today. After years of building homes, neighborhoods, and meaningful relationships, founders Keith and Tammy Anderson officially stepped into retirement.
Today, Eldon Homes is proudly owned and operated by Rob and Fauna, who share the same commitment to quality craftsmanship, local partnerships, and thoughtful community growth. Under their leadership, Eldon Homes will continue providing housing options throughout Dane County, Rock County and Green County for every stage of life.

As Co-Owner and Co-CEO of Eldon Homes, Fauna Justman brings over 10+ years of experience in construction, real estate, business ownership, and leadership. Her experience, combined with a passion for creating an exceptional homeowner experience, has helped shape Eldon Homes into one of the Madison area's recognized & favorite homebuilders.
Fauna is also Co-Owner of Elevate Estates Realty Co., an Eldon Homes division, and the exclusive real estate brokerage for Eldon Homes new construction. Together, the companies provide clients with a seamless experience, from finding the right homesite to designing, building, and moving into their new home.
Deeply rooted in Stoughton and the greater Madison area, Fauna is passionate about giving back through local organizations and youth programs. Fauna has spent more than 20 years as an Occupational Therapist and has also had the privilege of being a foster parent—experiences that have strengthened her passion for helping people and making a difference in her community. When she's not working, you'll likely find her spending time with family or cheering on her favorite Wisconsin teams—the Packers, Badgers, and Brewers.

With over 30 years of experience, Rob Hostrawser brings expertise and proficiency in the areas of Construction & Production Management, Finance, Real Estate Sales & Property Management, Land Acquisition and Development to Eldon Homes! He also brings several years experience as a Senior & Active Living Housing Specialist, Real Estate & Mortgage Broker, and a Licensed General Contractor, to coordinate and execute the construction of new home building and renovation. All these are exemplary attributes for his position as Director of Operations.
Rob is our local team leader that oversees all construction & business operations, customer relations & satisfaction, community liaison, land development, regulatory compliance, sales, marketing, and overall business & community growth. He continually strives to be an advocate for our community and understands that smart growth is absolutely essential to ensure that local businesses and schools thrive, year after year.

With a passion for numbers and a talent for turning financial projections into reality, Joe brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our growing company.
A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Joe has carried the discipline and dedication from military service into a successful career in accounting and finance. A graduate of UW-Eau Claire with a Bachelor's in Accounting and UW-Whitewater with an MBA, Joe has a deep understanding of financial strategy.
At Eldon Homes, Joe will focus on creating Pro-formas and Budgets, helping us expand into new markets and communities while boosting the number of homes we build each year. His primary goal is to ensure we stay on the path of continued growth while delivering top-notch homes for our customers.
When he's not crunching numbers or analyzing financial trends, Joe loves spending time with his family in New Glarus, WI. He is an outdoor enthusiast, as well as an avid woodworker who takes pride in building things from scratch.

Justin grew up in Marshall, Wisconsin, and attended Ripon College, where he earned a double major in Business Management and Economics. After graduating, he began his career with NV Homes in Virginia, where he developed a passion for the construction industry and gained valuable experience in improving efficiency, construction processes, and overall home quality. During his time with NV Homes, Justin served as a Production Supervisor before being promoted to Project Manager.
After two years in Virginia, Justin returned to Wisconsin and settled in Cottage Grove. He continued to build on his experience as Construction Manager with Tim O’Brien Homes for three and a half years before joining the team at Eldon Homes.
As Vice President of Production at Eldon Homes, Justin leads the company’s construction operations, focusing on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. He works closely with the production team and trade partners to streamline processes, control costs, and ensure every home is built to the highest standards. His commitment to innovation and accountability helps deliver an exceptional building experience for every homeowner.

With nearly 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Kyle Broom brings extensive expertise as a real estate broker, business owner, expert witness, and appraiser. His background includes residential, commercial, multi-family, land, and investment properties, as well as property development and house flipping.
Born and raised in Southeastern Wisconsin, Kyle earned a university degree in real estate and is a licensed real estate agent and certified residential appraiser. He takes a consultative approach, helping clients achieve their goals through personalized guidance and extensive market knowledge. Kyle lives in the Madison area with his wife and three children and remains active in the local community.

Sam is a REALTOR® with Elevate Estates Realty Co., helping buyers and sellers across South Central Wisconsin make confident, informed decisions. He combines a data-driven mindset with a strong Midwestern work ethic to build smart strategies around each client's goals.
As Director of Operations & Systems for Eldon Homes, Sam sees the big picture, spots challenges early, and guides every transaction with intention and efficiency.
Sam served as 2026 President of the Women's Council of REALTORS® Madison Metro Network. He is Vice President of the Stoughton Area Resource Team (START) and an active member of the Stoughton VFW Post #328 Auxiliary. All three reflect his commitment to the industry and to the community he calls home.

Ashley has been a valued member of the Eldon Homes team for nearly three years. She began her career with the company as an Administrative Assistant and, through her dedication, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence, has grown into her current role as HR Manager. Her experience across multiple areas of the business, combined with her expertise in customer service, allows her to help create exceptional experiences for both employees and customers alike. Ashley is most excited to continue contributing to the success and growth of our fast-growing company!
Outside of Eldon Homes, Ashley lives in Stoughton with her boyfriend and black lab, Ozai. Ozai keeps her on her toes and keeps her busy! She enjoys spending time with friends and family when she is not at the dog park with Ozai, and she also has a love for travel, beaches, and board games.

Hailee, a Wisconsin native with a decade of experience in the construction industry, embarked on her career journey in 2015 with Toll Brothers in Colorado, where she served as an Operations Coordinator. Since 2018, she has brought her expertise to Tim O’Brien Homes in Wisconsin, excelling as a Division Estimator and Purchasing Manager. Hailee has a strong background in construction operations, estimating, and cultivating relationships with trade partners. Joining Eldon Homes represents more than just a career move for Hailee; it’s an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the community’s growth and well-being. She enjoys working alongside like-minded professionals who share her passion for delivering homes that make a lasting positive impact.

Sloan has resided in Stoughton for the entirety of her life, having completed her education at Stoughton High School. Her professional journey commenced in the banking sector, initially at a local community bank and subsequently transitioning to a larger financial institution.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Sloan finds joy in reading and crocheting, providing both relaxation and mental stimulation. Additionally, spending quality with her Husband, kids, and friends is an essential aspect of her life.
Moreover, she has a deep appreciation for the outdoors, and she relishes spending time in nature. This allows her to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance. She believes in cultivating a well-rounded and fulfilling lifestyle, both personally and professionally.

Mallory enjoyed working for a custom builder specializing in high-end single-family homes and multi-units in the greater Chicago area. She learned a lot about the construction industry and thrived in the challenging, fast-paced environment. She found her way back to Wisconsin to start a life with her college sweetheart, and made the move to Madison Lighting. There she acquired knowledge for all things lighting, becoming an ALA (American Lighting Association) Lighting Specialist. She missed the new construction industry, so she accepted a position with Tim O’Brien Homes where she worked as a Design Professional Lead for 6 years. Mallory now brings her passion for the construction industry to Eldon Homes!

Reece Porter grew up in Edgerton, Wisconsin, and brings hands-on construction experience and a strong background in the heating and cooling industry to his role as Senior Project Manager at Eldon Homes.
Reece developed a strong appreciation for the team’s collaboration, streamlined building process, and commitment to quality. As Senior Project Manager, he oversees the many moving pieces involved in home construction, helping ensure each project runs smoothly and meets Eldon Homes’ high standards. He is proud to be part of a team dedicated to building exceptional homes and giving back to the community.
Outside of work, Reece enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends golfing, spending days on Lake Koshkonong, and hunting in the woods of Northern Wisconsin.

Senior Project Manager
Chad grew up in Middleton, WI. He has over 30 years of residential and commercial construction experience. He has been around construction most of his life, helping his dad and brother, who both owned their own construction businesses. The most important thing he learned from them both is that Quality comes first over everything else.
Chad graduated from UW-Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and a minor in Business. His passion has always remained in building and creating things with his hands. He fell back into the construction industry after college, eventually, leading him to follow in his father’s footsteps and becoming a self-employed carpenter. He remodeled the first two homes he owned in Middleton before building his dream home in the country on his hunting land.
Chad has been a Project Manager for Eldon Homes for almost three years. He works mainly in the surrounding communities outside of the Stoughton area. He has always enjoyed working closely with the many different trades it takes to build a quality home and looks forward to the new challenges the ever-changing housing market creates.

Luke Norland

Matt grew up in Stoughton and attended Stoughton High School, graduating in 1991. It was during this time that he discovered a talent for construction and began learning the trade. After a few years, he advanced to the role of lead carpenter for a framing crew. With his leadership abilities and extensive field knowledge, he went on to establish his own framing business. Over the course of 12 years, his company was credited with constructing more than 100 residential dwellings. Following his time in construction, he transitioned into the maintenance field to broaden his expertise. He quickly progressed from a maintenance technician role to a supervisory position, eventually becoming a regional maintenance director.
In his free time, Matt enjoys golfing, riding motorcycles, and spending time with friends and family. He has also developed a strong passion for aviation and pursued this interest by earning his private pilot certification in 2019. He values working with others and takes pride in sharing his knowledge and experience across the various fields in which he has worked. He finds it especially rewarding when others benefit from the lessons he has learned throughout his career.

Stacy brings a wealth of experience in office management, accounting, logistics, and customer service to her role at Eldon Homes. A small-town native, she earned her associate degree in accounting from Blackhawk Technical College and launched her career at Seneca Foods as an Accounting Specialist. Her drive and attention to detail led her to a leadership track at NFI Industries, where she rose from Customer Service Representative to General Manager.
After more than a decade in warehousing and logistics, Stacy shifted her focus to retail management with Ashley Homestore. There, she quickly advanced from Office Manager to Senior Customer Experience Manager, overseeing operations for seven locations across the Madison and Milwaukee markets.
At Eldon Homes, Stacy keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Her strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills are key to supporting the entire team and ensuring a seamless experience for our homeowners.
Fun Fact: Stacy makes 7 different flavors of hot chocolate bombs—and they’re as amazing as they sound.

Sarah was born and raised in Kenosha, WI before relocating to the Janesville area a few years ago. Outside of work, she enjoys going to concerts, grabbing her favorite Starbucks drink, traveling to new places, and spending quality time with friends, family, and her cat, Nala.

Donna LaBarge was born and raised in Iowa before making Wisconsin her home in 2007. After 10 years in the banking industry, she transitioned into real estate in 2017, joining Badger Realty Team and turning her passion for helping others into a career. In 2023, Donna became the team’s Transaction Coordinator, where she applies her organizational skills, attention to detail, and industry knowledge to help ensure smooth and successful transactions. Donna brings her experience and dedication to her role as Sales Manager at Eldon Homes and Elevate Estates Realty Co.
Outside of real estate, Donna's greatest pride and joy is her family. A mother of five and recently a grandmother of five, she stays busy supporting her children and grandchildren. From year-round wrestling and Bandolero racing in the summer to baseball in the spring and football in the fall, family time is at the heart of everything Donna does. After graduating UW-Madison he moved to the Pacific Northwest where he eventually established and grew a residential general contracting company. Knowing that he wanted to return to Wisconsin, he took an opportunity in the homebuilding industry where he gained significant experience in the roles of Construction Manager and Estimator.
