Our knowledgeable team is here to guide you through the process, answer your questions, and help you envision your dream home come to life.

Step into our full, live kitchen display and experience how your future space will look and feel. From cabinetry to appliances and all the little details in between, we will guide you through each step to ensure the selections will meet your lifestyle needs because, after all, we understand that a kitchen is the heart of every home.
Bathroom
Our bathroom displays let you see how all the pieces come together in real settings. Compare vanity styles and finishes alongside the actual tile selections you’re considering. Turn faucet handles, test shower fixtures, & see color combinations in person to help solidify your decisions. Whether you’re dreaming of a spa-like primary bath or a functional shared bathroom, we provide the tools to visualize how your selections will work together.
Exterior
First impressions are important, which is why we offer a varied range of exterior products. RSVP to our next Design Preview to attend a guided tour of our Design Studio. Our expert designers will provide an overview of the selection process and discuss the products/materials we offer, with an opportunity to explore the products on your own and ask any specific questions.
Step 2
Schedule Your Design Appointment
Our designers will reach out to set up times that work best for your family’s schedule. For each session, plan for about 4 hours as your designer guides you through all exterior and interior selections. We love learning about our homeowners before your session. Feel free to share inspiration images/ideas during this time with your designer-let’s get those creative ideas flowing!

You'll work with Mallory and Litzy - two people who genuinely love helping homeowners create spaces that fit their families perfectly.
Mallory brings years of experience from Chicago's custom home market and specialized lighting knowledge. Her experience designing high-end custom homes means she understands both the big picture and the details that make a house feel like home.
Litzy recently joined us with fresh ideas and a passion for creating beautiful, sustainable spaces. Her Interior Architecture background and Madison-area experience help families think through design decisions in new ways.
